Individual Session: $160 per session limited amount of sliding scale fees available
Couples Sessions: $185 per 60-minute session
Client Phone Skills Coaching Session: $25 / 15 minutes must be scheduled directly with Melisa
Professional Presentations: starting at $50 / 30 minutes**
Professional Consultations: $100/ 30 minutes
Records Requests: $50 for the first 75 pages; $1 per page after 75 pages
No Show and Late Cancelation Policy: I am invested in your wellness and am dedicated to our time together. A late cancelation / No Show fee of 50% of the set session fee will be charged if contact is not made at a minimum of 24+ hours before your scheduled appointment.

Insurance:
I only accept private pay, also known as out-of-pocket payments. However, I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement to present to your insurance provider. Click here to find out more about Superbills.
Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”. Under the law, the No Surprises Act requires healthcare providers to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
