Personal Statement

As a follower of Christ, I understand that our values differ from the norms and values of the world around us.  As Christians, we strive to prioritize God in everything we do, and I am committed to doing so as a licensed professional.

My goal is to some skills and knowledge gained from my clinical education and training but never in a way that compromises our faith. Biblical teachings are rich in wisdom that we can use practically every day. We can face life's challenges using all the gifts God has bestowed upon us including His Word which is living and infallible.

I aim to point to the one who offers hope, healing, and harmony - Jesus Christ.

**I am NOT an emergency mental health care provider. Call 988 for crisis and suicide prevention.

** I offer general wellness information online. It is not always applicable to everyone. Consult a credible professional for individualized health care services.

***I do not provide services through social media platforms. Due to the importance of your confidentiality and the importance of minimizing dual relationships, I do not accept friend or contact requests from current or former clients on any social networking site (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc). I believe that adding clients as friends or contacts on these sites can compromise your confidentiality and our respective privacy. It may also blur the boundaries of our therapeutic relationship. If you have questions about this, please bring them up when we meet and we can talk more about it.
