Some insurance providers provide reimbursement for out of network providers. I can provide you with a superbill for you to file for reimbursement  with your insurance provider. A Superbill is used by healthcare providers as a primary source of data for creating claims. These claims will eventually be submitted to payers for reimbursement. Reimbursement will be determined by the individual's healthcare policy at the time the claim is received. Essentially, a Superbill is an itemized list of all services provided to a client. 

Check with your insurance company by contacting them directly and asking about your out-of-network benefits.  Insurance contact information can usually be found on your insurance card, insurance bills, or their website.
